A helpful first step, not the builder.
Hire a Builder is an independent project enquiry and referral website operated by Access Positive Pty Ltd.
What we do
We collect enquiries from people planning building work across Australia and review whether an introduction to an independent building business might be appropriate. We are building our partner network and cannot promise coverage for every location or project type.
What we don't do
We do not build homes, issue construction quotations, assess structural safety, certify licences or supervise workmanship. Homeowners should check licences, insurance, references, contracts and regulatory requirements independently.
How the site earns income
We may receive a commercial referral fee from an independent builder following a successful referral and project agreement. Any referral arrangement does not make us the builder, and the homeowner remains free to compare alternatives.
